You are welcome! I'm Arjun Vaishnav, I'm 32 years old, I'm passionate about fitness and nutrition and I've been training since I was 18 years old. One day I decided to create this website: Fitness in the Cloud to give my point of view on the issues that most doubts generate within the gym world, to give you useful information that you can apply to achieve your ideal physique and to make people see Being in shape is easier and above all simpler than we are led to believe. Do not get me wrong, every objective requires your effort, but the important thing is not the destination, it is the trip and if you want I will help you enjoy this trip that is as exciting as it is rewarding.

My brief history

I have not always had this fondness for fitness. At 18, with a Christian Bale body in "El Maquinista" my nutritional decisions were terrible, the chips were the basis of my personal nutritional pyramid but it did not matter much, after all, I was not overweight, I was " healthy".
Suddenly, my best friend who had a strong overweight, asked me to accompany him to the gym to not go alone, and I, who am a nice guy, I agreed to help him and at the same time try the experience, without further pretensions. From there we both played our role as misinformed newbies. He was destroying himself with endless cardio sessions and I was walking from machine to machine until he was finished. You can imagine the result of both.
However, little by little, we started to become more interested and have fun in the gym to the point of making it part of our life, and my best friend then became my best training partner. Since then, although we no longer train together, we still feel the same passion that years ago when going to the gym was not fashionable.
Now, with some other experience more vivid, having tried many methods, many routines, many diets and having been frustrated many times by the lack of results, I want to use this web to share all those experiences and try to be useful for you and especially for those who are starting.
The first thing you should know, is that building an athletic body is not mathematical, 2 + 2 are not always 4, there are many theories that work for some and many others that do not. The important thing is to clearly define your goal and apply the tools that best suit your body, your mind and your lifestyle. Always remember that fitness is a complement to your life, but your life does not revolve around fitness. Go out, have fun, travel, enjoy, train, eat healthy, rest and spend time with your loved ones. Take advantage of each moment because each one is unique and will not return.
From here I will help you to obtain the results you are looking for in the gym while you continue doing the rest of things that you are passionate about, the important thing is to find the balance and Fitness in the Cloud was born for that.

My formation

When I had to decide my path, I decided to study Business Administration and Management and although my university education has nothing to do with physical conditioning, I think that in some way, it impelled me to be even more curious about physical development since, As in the business world, the pattern to follow to build and chisel a body is the same:

But at the same time that I discovered the world of the company, I also trained in the field of personal training and nutrition to the point of dedicating myself to it.
I am a personal trainer federated in the European Federation of Fitness and Pilates (FPEF) and I belong to the Eureps body of coaches and fitness professionals. In addition, I have training in nutritional coaching and sports nutrition.
Although it is true that without continuous learning, all these titles are only paper. That is why I consider that I am always in continuous training . I never tire of learning and I never tire of investigating.
